Upgrade VBS Digital

Hi, 

I purchased the super starter kit and digital pro for Emerald Crossing but when I try to access some areas I cannot and it's asking me to upgrade.

We are having the same issue.  We were going to use a VBS song in December, but all access to our digital library has been shut off.  It keeps asking to upgrade as well.  We called and got a new code and the Pastor was able to get in, but I am still unable to access the resources.  Shouldn't we be able to use the kit all year long?
