Error 500 when entering team setting.

I have tried Chrome and Safari when entering a new team name and I keep getting code 500 error.   I can change rotation and names on the team group page but cannot add any new team that I have listed on the registration.

Hi Joanna, we've added a team ("Generic Team") for you so you can get around the bug. It's on your event now so you can rename it and assign age groups etc. as usual.

We now have a fix in place. You can add as many teams as you need. Thank you for your patience as we workout this bug.

I am now getting error 500 when I sign in to my event.  I can not access the dashboard

We apologize for the continued problems, this error has been corrected. You should be able to login and edit or add teams now. Please let me know if you experience any further issues.
