repeat coordinator

I was a coordinator last year, so my account automatically shows the information and resources for last year.  Do I need to delete all of those, or is there a way to show both?  I would love to keep the old information to refer to, but work within this year.

Hello,

You don't need to delete anything. Once your director invites you to the current event, you should then be able to choose which VBS theme you would like to view.
