Document Links Don't Work

Hi There!

We ordered Jungle Journey VBS and as we are clicking on the links for each document that needs to be printed as a handout to students, the links bring us to a folder with documents, but the document we need isn't there. For example, we need the Lego pictures for Sci and Crafts and when we click the hyperlink, it brings us to the Sci and Craft folder, but the Lego document is not there.  There are memory verses and coloring pics, but not the documents we need.  This is true for almost every document that we have clicked on so far.  PLEASE help as we need those for teachers/students.
