I cannot download any videos to my computer when I click "Download MP4"  It only opens up a new tab and plays the video in my internet browser.

I was not able to duplicate the issue described on your account. Below is a screenshot of the MP4 videos and you can click on "Download MP4". You also could check your browser settings as it may be set to open files in a new tab vs download.
