It’s still not allowing the edits. It’s acting like we don’t have Pro status. It’s also wanting us to have plus, but all of the plus should be included in our package.. correct? 

It still will not allow me to edit the forms. It is asking for the access code, then will claim the server is acting up when I try to claim.
