Actually, I'm not dissatisfied with Customer Service.....you were prompt and answered my question.  I'm just disappointed that I couldn't order what I needed.  There were two banners with various items I could have placed in my "cart"........but not the items I needed to order.  Perhaps the link you sent could be placed on the dashboard so I wouldn't have to go somewhere else when I'm "in the zone" trying to plan for VBS.  :)
