We print name tags horizontally (landscape), as well. I'm not a fan of the vertical ones - lanyards are already long on kids and vertical tags make them even longer! Plus, our badge holders are all horizontal! This would be a welcome option if the design team is willing to create it!

It would definitely be helpful to be able to add the location info since we use different rooms for teaching sessions - it gives each teaching team time to set up and pray in their room before the kids come. Thanks!

I second the option of sending emails for purposes of reminders, thanks yous, and follow-ups!
