Allergy Concern and Medical Advisory buttons not staying checked

Shannon Graham 7 years ago updated by Brad B. (Answers in Genesis - Web Development) 7 years ago 4

I noticed that the Allergy Concern and Medical Advisory buttons un-click themselves after the child is registered and won't stay clicked to alert you. However the information added by the parent is still available if you click on the button in that child's profile. Is this something that will be getting fixed soonish?

Our next scheduled update is still a few weeks away, but as this is a fairly important feature, we got approval to do an out-of-cycle patch for this problem. It should now be fixed. If things still aren't looking right, let us know.

Thanks for pointing this out.

A developer is looking into this now. The good news is that it appears that the data is being saved in our database. For some reason, the checkbox data isn't being displayed correctly in the user interface. So the data should be there when we get the display issue corrected.

I'll provide more information when I learn more.

When I print the team rosters it still doesn't indicate and concerns with their name.

This fix did not affect the roster. This issue was related to the allergy and medical information not appearing when editing students. Even if they had that data, the boxes appeared unchecked, and the details were hidden. That has now been corrected.

The roster issue is still open. Our design team has an open task to get that corrected before we end the beta test in early April.
