PLUS version launch date
When can I expect the PLUS version to go live? Our program starts the first week of June and I would like to give about 2 months for parents to pre-register (meaning that it would open the first week of April). My problem right now is that since I can't edit the registration forms until the full version is launched, I am cutting it very close to my projected pre-registration date.
Good news on that front. We made the ability to customize the registration forms available to beta testers today. There is a new option on the settings section, accessible through the settings link at the bottom of the left menu. There is a new "Forms" option in that section where you can customize the forms.
Registration Payment
Will there be a feature to include payment for families in the registration process?
Room Specification
How do I specify by room name or number what room each activity will take place? That would be helpful to put on the schedule that the site generates, but I don't see a way to input that information.
Student Team assignment What is Round Robin mean?
Just curious what Round Robin means. Trying to decide if I should turn it on or off?
Error with Team settigs
I keep getting an Error message when trying to set up my teams. I first ran into the problem last week when I was adding teams. I thought it would be fixed by now. It's been almost a week and I get the same error message. Is this being worked on or is it something I am doing?
You have deleted all of your rotation stations. The teams page can't work without them. If you add your rotation stations, the teams settings will start working again.
The next update to the software will prevent users from deleting all their rotation stations to prevent this from happening.
BTW: I noticed your age groups aren't sorted. If you wish to sort them, they can be dragged-and-dropped into whatever order you choose. You can drag using the "four line" icon to the left of the age group.
If you run into more difficulty, please let us know right away so we can get things resolved for you quickly.
Nametags
Would it be possible to add a selection for printing name tags on Avery 5160 labels? We use those as our go to labels. Also I don't see a button to export the registration data, am I missing that? We send out a mailing after VBS and find that field very useful.
The ability to export your data to a CSV file is now available. There is a button on the Student and Volunteer pages.
Team Roster
I just Printed the Team Roster from the Manage Student Page. A couple of questions/concerns. First - and most important, I have a child registered with medical concerns but NO WHERE on the team roster does it indicate that. I feel is we are using that to keep track of teams allergy and medical information should be present on that. I haven't been able to find where that information imprinted so I can give that to team leaders and classroom teachers.
Also, we don't use all the check boxes for those purposes. Is there a way to customize them?
Export Managed Students
Is there an easy way to export a complete list of managed students with details?
Yes, go to People > Manage Students > Print Team Roster.
I noticed there is no missions coordinator option or checklist? Did I miss it?
Where is the completed or submit button for registration?
