how do I set up for group sessions for all ages

The assembly then skits and music and then lesson will be together with all ages.

Then we will separate to three groups in classrooms for crafts

then together for snacks and then games

closing assembly together.

Hello,

You will need to create one rotation station that says something to the extent of "Assembly, Skit, Music, and Lesson". Then create the other rotations stations separately. Make sure to then set each team to start on the same rotation. You can find that setting by going to Settings > Teams > Click Pencil on the right to set the First Station.
