access denied message

I am unable to access my primary and junior leader guides. I also cannot access my assembly, games, or music missions and memory verse guide. It just pulls up an error message, access denied. Please help fix.

I was unable to duplicate the issue you describe on your VBS Event. Please login and attempt to access the Guides mentioned. If the issue still persists, please let us know!
