• You can also refer to the DVD-ROMs that came with your Time Travel Music Leader Set as part of the Super Starter Kit.

From those resources, I believe the easiest way for you to get what you are looking for is to go into the Digital Library and click Music on the sidebar. If the DL doesn't have what you want, the Music DVD-ROM should.

While we don't support sending custom messages other than the initial welcome email from VBS Director, you can download a spreadsheet of all your volunteers, pull their addresses from the email column in there, and send a reminder email that way.

To do so, go to People --> Volunteers --> Actions drop down menu, and select "Download Volunteer List".

Hi Dee, I checked on your event and wasn't able to reproduce the issues with the checkboxes not saving. Can you speak to the questions Scott asked above please? That will help us diagnose what's going on. It may be that you have multiple people marking student attendance at the same time, but the data inputs are overlapping and causing issues.

I can't promise "always", but I can reassure you that in our current system your past My Answers Director VBS events are not deleted once they are over. You will still be able to access them and pull the info on volunteers and students. There is no yearly fee to access the info. The only parts of MyAnswers Director that we charge for are for upgrading an event to Plus and adding Digital Library access. These are one-time fees, and stay with your created event.

You created a new account for your Time Lab VBS as opposed to the Operation Arctic one, so instead of using the same organization, it was trying to create a new one. I fixed your Time Lab event to use the same organization information as before, so you shouldn't have any problems now.
