The updates that caused this issue have been rolled back by our development team. You should now be able to update your registration forms. However, if that are set to active, then you will need to deactivate them first. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!

Happy to help! Your access issue should be resolved now. Just to confirm with you, I show that you have three VBS Events listed. Are you planning on using all three or do I need to remove two?
