Access to digital media no longer working

I am on the new resource page, https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/ and yet I am unable to access any of the media content that is supposed to be included in our package. I also tried to reenter our resource code and was brought to a page that reads "server error 500"

What can I do to get our digital resources by service this Wednesday?

Hello all, unfortunately, we had some unexpected issues with the new ABC Resources page. We have retained the old page for people to use while we fix the bugs and add the missing content. It is available here: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/v1/.

Please note that the access codes unlock the resources in both areas, so there is no need to re-enter the code. Once it has been unlocked, the access stays with your account.

I've lost all access to the video resources. What's happening?

Has this been resolved?  I am not able to download the videos from the ABC Resources page.  Thank you.

Hi Mike,

I checked on your account and saw you entered the Unit 2 Resources code, but to unlock the video and audio clips, you'll also need to enter the music code (VM020WB). I went ahead and added it to your account, so you should now see the videos icon on the left menu (click the menu icon first if you are on mobile).
