I have confirmed that we will get this information added to the printed roster. It may be several weeks before this change is available, but it is coming.

It is unlikely that we would be able to support accepting payments directly through Digital Director.


Here's what we do support at the moment. The only payment option we currently provide the ability to display a payment processing website link, such as a Paypal link, on your public page to accept donations.


You can customize both the registration form and the confirmation email, so you could use either of those methods to request that participants submit payment. You can also add an "admin only" field in your student roster to the to track who has paid.


It may be possible for us to more prominently display a payment link during the registration process. We wouldn't be able to automatically verify that a payment was made. Would something like that be helpful?

Good news on that front. We made the ability to customize the registration forms available to beta testers today. There is a new option on the settings section, accessible through the settings link at the bottom of the left menu. There is a new "Forms" option in that section where you can customize the forms.

We don't currently have anything set up to indicate specific rooms. I'll pass the idea on to the team.


For now, you can rename the rotation station names to include the room. You can rename the stations by going to settings, using the link at the bottom of the left menu and choosing Rotation Settings. You can name them something like "Lesson Time (Fellowship Hall)".

We're currently dealing with one last (we hope) issue with this feature before we make it available to beta testers. We expect it to be up very soon.
