We have registered students online that don't show up on our roster afterwards. Why would this happen?
No, we know of no issues that would cause that. I did a test registration through your public page, and it worked as expected. I deleted the registration when I was done.
Can you provide any additional information about the missing students? Where they registered through the public page, or the admin? Do you have an example student that you expect to see?
We have had several parents struggling to get more than one kid registered. The Mom's text me and say, "there's no submit button" or it was "weird" and when I look, only one of their kids is registered and they have to go back in and register the second. I can get more details, but not every parent is having the issue, so I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not. 50 students registered, 3 Mom's (that I know of) had the issue.
Thank you for looking into this Brad, sorry for not getting back to you sooner--we wanted to make sure we somewhat knew what we are talking about ;) We think it's that when the button was hit at the bottom to "submit" and the little dots dance around like it's processing, that we thought it went through and moved on to the next child, but it didn't go through possibly because of a missing field. Also when you go back to enter info into the missing field, it won't let you, and you have to start entering all the child's info again.
Thank you Trista, good to know. We suspected that it might be when we're entering multiple children in a family too. We're still not sure what was going on, but the ones we're entering are sticking now.
