Yes, but be aware that you will need special software to create a DVD that will work in a normal DVD player. 


"Movie DVD's" used by most DVD players are in a special format that is different than DVD's used  on computers. If you just copy the MP4 file to a DVD, the resulting disc will be readable on other computers, but will not work on many DVD players. With the right software, you can use your computer to make a DVD that will be compatible with most DVD players.
