What does the "Round Robin" setting do?

This feature is turned on or off from the Event Setting section. It controls controls how students are added to teams if there is more than one for that age group and gender.

For example, say you have three 1st grade teams, each with a limit of 10 students.

With "Round Robin" enabled, the system will try to keep the classes the same size. So, if 19 students registered, you'd have three teams with 6-7 students each.

With "Round Robin" disabled, it fills classes one at a time. So with 19 registrations, 10 would go into the first team, 9 into the second and none in the third.

In either case, if more than thirty registered, all three classes would be filled, and the remainder unassigned.
