How can I communicate with my Digital Director team?

Digital Director includes a messaging system to facilitate communication with your team of coordinators.

All communication in Digital Director is based around the checklist. Any task can have messages associated with it. Click the message icon on the task card to view existing messages or post new ones.

Directors will receive email notification for all messages. Coordinators will receive email notification for tasks in their checklist, as well as any task where they have left a message.

You can reply to the notification email to post a reply.

There is also an inbox summary in the menu bar of Digital Director. It will show you the tasks with the most recent unread messages.
