My dashboard shows that I have completed some of the tasks on my checklist, but when I go to my checklist, there are no tasks listed.

Printing Name Tags
When printing name tags, the number assigned to the team is showing up underneath the name and I do not want it showing.

Can I have more then one VBS scheduled
Is it possible to have 2 VBS’s on my site (one for the kids & one for the teens) different weeks?
would I have to wait until done with the 1st and edit for the 2nd?
I can help you with that! Yes, you can have two VBS events going at the same time: you will even have all digital plus and pro materials that you purchased for the first on the second VBS event. Idea: Is there a way to check in students & volunteers with a QR code on a wrist band?

ABC Digital does not have the functionality to scan check-ins by QR codes or bar codes. I will definitely pass along this idea to our web development team for further review. Luke 6:31 Traditional Memory Verse Song Lyric Video Issue
In the Zoomerang Resources, there is an issue with the Luke 6:31 Traditional Memory Verse Song Lyric Video, where the audio plays without the visual, the file size is far too large, and the file format makes it incompatible with PowerPoint. Is there a fix to this?

We purchased Time Lab Digital Pro to use this year. However, the digital code is showing 'expired' when we try to use it. What do we need to do? Thank you.

Is there s QR code we can use to put on flyers for people to go directly to our public page for sign ups?

Yes, while we don't have that functionality within VBS Digital, you can absolutely create a QR code that points to your registration page and use it on your printed materials.
